Sorry I didn't post yesterday - the annual psychic attack has come around a bit earlier than usual, and I've had to deal with that first. It's very sad that an adult has to keep doing this, year in year out, but such is life!

In this particular case I think there is a lot of resentment coupled with a personality which has spent much of its present life believing it deserves more than it has ever received.
I am resented for having something this person believes was rightfully theirs - in fact it was not even theirs to lose. A rather sad, petty little bit of nonsense, but people with these brooding personalities do wreak havoc on the astral plane from time to time.
I suppose I should be grateful that someone out there feels I am worthy of so much effort!

Frankincense (oil or aromatic sticks) is supposed to keep evil spirits away. Or are they not spirits? Or are they not "they"? Curiousier and curiousier...

Thanks, Amaletska! I think the attack is down to one or at most two people... it's rather silly and sad really, but the trouble with it is that it just can't be ignored, or it will escalate. I hope to blog something on it soon.

How about some strategies to deal with psychic attacks? Here's one that several people I have worked with have found to be effective. This was given to me from a native Medicine Woman who is also a Healer.
You would use this only when you know you under serious attack. In other words, it's not an everyday strategy. The cocoon of white light would be everyday.
Visualize yourself in a cocoon of white light. Around that cocoon visualize mirrors that are reflecting out.
When the psychic attack is aimed at you, the energy will boomerang from the mirrors back to the person who is attacking you.

Thanks Moonwoman! COming as I did from a family that practised hexing on a regular basis I quickly learned a lot about psychic self defence.
I have gone through this business with this particular hexer several times now and it still surprises me that she keeps on bothering. I wish she'd get a (psychic) life!
