The Magical World of Tylluan Penry

Paganism, the green man, solitary witchcraft, spells and festivals.... plus just about anything else that crops up along the way!I have written a book, 'Seeking the Green' about my personal pagan path, which was published by Capall Bann last year (2008) Their website is at : http://www.capallbann.co.uk/(copy and past into your browser window).

This year they have also published another book of mine, 'The Magical Properties of Plants and how to find them.'

I am a regular speaker at the Witchfests run by the CHildren of Artemis. You can find out more about these events by checking out the Children of Artemis main website.

News about the book....

My publisher, Capall Bann, phoned me today to say the book will be out in the coming week. There have been a couple of hiccups and we really began to doubt whether it was going to be ready for the Witchfest, which would have been embarrassing as I was supposed to be doing a book signing! I supposed I'd just have sat there with a biro and a silly grin!

Anyway, it's very exciting and I'm looking forward to seeing how it looks. I'm sorry I'm not around much at the moment, I've just been working on my talk for the Witchfest down in Cardiff on June 21st. I just hope I get a chair to sit on.........

I missed this earlier - what great news! Having the real book in your hands is a wonderful experience (till you notice the inevitable typo that wasn't there before of course!)

And how nice to have something you wrote out of interest: my only opus was a very dull technical book I was commissioned to do.

  I know what you mean about typos.... my publisher said mine was actually quite a 'clean' manuscript but I still managed to find loads and am fully expecting to find more!
