I've just seen a UFO - again!

Within the last two minutes I have just seen a UFO that appears to be flying over the mountains near here. It was pure white and flying at quite a speed, which we could just because also in the sky was a plane and it's speed was nowhere near the speed of this white light.

The sky was clear but dark and visibility was good. Wish I'd had my camera with me, but by the time I got back into the house it had gone.

Whether it had little green men in it of course I can't say - only that it really was an unidentified flying object. I shall do my best to see what it might have been over the coming days.

Phew!!

UPDATE:
I've just checked out the weather satellites on NASA's site and whatever I saw tonight, it wasn't that....

Well it definitely was an unidentified flying object then

Lena and I saw one flying across the night sky around 12:30. There are no planes at that time; it wasn't a helicopter; it was too low to be a satellite ...don't know what it was

Very interesting , Tylluan ; I suppose it may have been a top secret terrestrial military thing - perhaps even built with the collaboration of beings from other planets , or through reverse engineering of secretly crashed and recovered alien craft . . .
What do you suspect it to have been , and do you and Mr P beleive that we are visited by beings from other planets , or time travellers from the future , or what ?

  To be honest Martin, I just try and keep an open mind. It's not impossible that we are visited from outer space, or that the elves are more advanced than we thought, or that the military has become more advanced for that matter.... I would like to find out - but I'm not holding my breath!

When we left Singapore airport I thought we were flying parallel with another plane or something until I realised it was the starboard wing lights....I even woke our Myrtle to tell her there was another plane flying near us.

    Did once see a WW2 plane fly over the house then it "crashed" into the Pennines. Hundreds saw it, but no crashed plane was ever found and the type of plane was last produced in 1945. It never happened. People even heard an explosion and the landlord of the Strines Inn even reported seeing an orange ball of fire but nothing was ever found. Thousands of police, Army and RAF combed the Pennines and found nothing at all. This was around the time of the Hale Bop comet....say 1992 ish..
    Really odd.

How interesting. Many people seem to frightened to acknowledge the existence of such things. I don't know how they think we can be the only one's here in such a vast universe.

did anyone else see it with you?? its a drag if no one else sees it, but there will be other sightings if you look on the net maybe at some forums or what ever..I saw the famous ones in 1978 in NZ which were captured on film..the speed was phenomenal

  I've seen a couple of odd things in the sky now... three have been lights, one was close enough for me to draw the details. Still no clue what it was though!

    Takes me back many many years ago to something I read with interest in I believe the Sun Newspaper..

    It gave examples of how GOD could have come from space...ie...the burning bush, the 10 commandements (laser)...

Why should anything contain little green men (or women) Tylluan? It could be a cleverly remotely controlled object, trail or whatever. Now that will give lots to think about, or not, as the case may be.

There has been a lot of flying activity overhead in this area, some of it too low to mistake the craft for anything other than what they are ....and the blasted noise they make ensures you don't make an error of identification. That's all less interesting than your sightings.

Oh...I have always wanted to take a ride in a flying saucer. I would beg the Aliens to take me for a ride.
Trouble is, when we got back, all my friends, my loved ones, would have died thirty years before. Nobody would know me and I would have nowhere to live.

  Thank you! I can't say I've ever invited anything to visit here - but maybe someone else is.... there's always the neighbours, Mrs Anubis Evans, Mr Sarcophagus Jones or Mog the Brick.
